There are certain famous dresses that are forever engrained in our heads because they’re that gorgeous. Meghan Markle’s Givenchy wedding gown and her ivory silk-crepe dress by Stella McCartney for the reception are two prime examples.
While both of the designers she wore for her Royal Wedding aren’t necessarily known for wedding gowns specifically, the latter of the two is now ready to bring that Markle wedding look to life with a new bridal offering.
That’s right. Stella McCartney’s new “Mad with Love” bridal collection launched today, featuring gowns (one similar to Markle’s famous look), tuxedos, and jumpsuits.
As McCartney shared on her website, “’Made with Love’ is a 17-piece bridal collection reimagining wedding dressing for the modern woman; a new perspective on the traditional that is effortless, confident, and naturally sexy, made with signature Stella McCartney attitude.”
McCartney is known for using sustainable fabrics throughout her ready-to-wear lines, and this bridal collection is no different. The range is made primarily of luxe viscose, a fabric found in forests in Sweden, along with beautiful chiffon and lace, so you know each piece is made with quality and care.
