Blueberry Mint Slushy
Ingredients:
Serves 1
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 Tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 cup ice
Blend all ingredients on high speed until a slushy consistency forms.
