If there’s any way to welcome the warm weather, it’s with a refreshing glass of lemonade. We add some fun by boozing up our lemonade and throwing in a classic lemonade pairing: raspberry! Whether you’re chilling out poolside or setting up a spiked lemonade stand (why isn’t this more of a thing??), this lemonade is sure to hit the spot. Plus, the edible glitter rim adds an extra fun punch and will have you blowing kisses all day ;)
Fair warning: You WILL get glitter all over the place. The best way to combat this is by jumping right into the pool!
Ingredients:
— lemonade
— Champagne
— raspberry liqueur
— raspberries
— lemons
Materials:
— jigger
— fork
— tidbit plate
Grab your materials and let’s get boozy!
Take a lemon slice and run it along the rim of the glass.
Pour the glitter onto a small dish, and then dunk the rim of the glass right into it. Swirl the glass back and forth to make sure you get a good coat of glitter on the rim.
Shake off the excess glitter.
Place a few cubes of ice into the glass and add 3/4 ounce of raspberry liqueur.
Fill the glass about half full with lemonade.
And fill the rest with Champagne!
Garnish with fresh raspberries and slices of lemon.
