Easy Breezy Summer Wine Sorbet Recipes
With summer temperatures getting increasingly higher, I’ve been on a mission to concoct frozen treats to help beat the heat. This recipe really knocks it out of the park, combining wine and sorbet to create the perfect summer snack. With no added sugar, they’re light, fruity, and super refreshing, and will leave you feeling guilt-free from your indulging.
Sauvignon blanc sorbet
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 Tablespoon xanthan gum
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ Tablespoon agave
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend!
Place blended mixture into freezer for at least four hours. When you take it out, give it a little bit of time to soften up.
Top with lemon zest and enjoy!
rose sorbet
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rosé
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 1 Tablespoon xanthan gum
Instructions:
Throw all your ingredients into the blender and mix it up!
Place this frozé into the freezer for at least four hours.
Top with some sliced strawberries and enjoy the frozen rosé magic.
Cabernet Sauvignon sorbet
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 Tablespoon xanthan gum
- dark chocolate bar
Instructions:
You guessed it… ingredients in the blender and blend! Place in the freezer for four hours.
Serve with fresh blackberries and shaved chocolate on top.
