Score a Touchdown at Your Super Bowl Party With Football Jersey Cakes
The Super Bowl is one of those amazing events that entertains everyone. For the people who love sports, obviously, it’s a huge event. Meanwhile, the people who don’t like sports (AKA me) watch for the commercials, halftime show and to be around delicious Super Bowl food. Come Sunday, your table might be full of tater tots, chili and nachos, but be sure to save room for these football jersey cakes.
These jersey cakes are a winning dessert for your game-day spread. They’re so easy to make, and you can customize the cake based on your favorite player. Who knows — they might even bring good luck to the game!
Materials and Tools:
- 9 x 13 inch cake

3. Pipe white frosting along the triangle at the top.
4. Roll out fondant. Cut out your player’s numbers. We printed out numbers to use as templates.

If you want to use templates like we did, just type out your favorite player’s numbers on a Word doc, print and cut out. Place fondant numbers on cake.
Game time!
