Surprise! Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Just Announced Her Pregnancy on Instagram
Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been keeping a low profile for the last year or so, ever since her engagement to hunky British actor Jason Statham (which they not-so-subtly “announced” at last year’s Golden Globes). Sure, she’s always willing to share some awesome fashion hacks, but after her killer performance in Mad Max: Fury Road, she’s been slightly out of the spotlight, which is why it was so surprising when the model and actress took to her Instagram account today to announce her pregnancy.
Splashed out on a gorgeous white sandy beach with the blue sky behind her, Rosie captioned her latest Instagram snap with the news saying, “Very happy to share that Jason and I are expecting!” The pic was taken by the daddy-to-be and Rosie looks so fresh and beachy.
We love seeing celebrity pregnancy announcements, although some of them are more memorable than others. This one, though, definitely makes us wish we were lounging seaside too. Obviously, we have no idea when the couple will be expecting their baby, but by the looks of it, we’re going to guess summer-ish. Rosie has talked in the past about her desire to start a family, and whether her and Statham will live stateside or in the UK.
Guess they’ll have to make that decision sooner rather than later!
