With all the swimwear choices out there, it can be difficult to uncover a silhouette that’s stylish and flattering (AKA will give you support in all the right places). Because who needs a #summerbody when you can have strategically designed suits to complement your lovely curves? To make the process easier, we tapped Magicsuit designer Brian Davis to provide expert tips on what to look. The main piece of advice? “Look for styles that have flattering lines that draw your eye in a vertical direction as they give the illusion of a longer, leaner torso,” Davis says. In terms of style, he believes that tankinis, one-pieces, and swim dresses are the most ideal if they offer soft, easy draping. In general, all-over prints to pull focus off of a specific spot or swimsuits that feature ruching or waist-cinching details will help minimize those tricky areas. Now dive in to shop 12 swimsuits for the season.
