Target’s New Size-Inclusive Intimates and Sleepwear Brands Are Going to Change the Way You Chill
Target may be your go-to destination for all things home and beauty, but over the past few years, the budget-friendly retailer has been upping it’s fashion cred one in-house brand at a time. Focused on creating size-inclusive merchandise that ticks all your trend boxes, Target has launched labels including A New Day for classic workwear, Universal Thread for affordable denim, and the wide-ranging swim collection Kona Sol. Now, the mega-retailer is adding three new brands to the mix that are here to revamp your wardrobe from the inside out — intimates and sleepwear. With a series of unretouched campaigns, the debut lines bring functionality and versatility to the categories without sacrificing style.
First, there is Auden, a collection of nearly 200 bras in over 40 different looks that can be coupled with an equally extensive selection of bottoms with sizes ranging from 32AA to 46G for bras and XS to 4X for all underwear.
All of this mind-boggling assortment is available for under $22.
For lounge- and sleepwear, you can turn to one of two labels. Stars Above, that offers more than 125 lounge pieces in muted shades made to gently ease women of all ages (and sizes XS to 4X) from the daily hustle to nighttime Netflix and chill for under $30.
Look for pillowy soft materials and coordinating sets that slay between work and rest.
But for the younger set, there’s Colsie, a smorgasbord of 30 low-key items and 20 intimates for teens and young adults that can be worn for everything from a night in to a Starbucks run.
If all of this new new wasn’t exciting enough, Target has also set its sights on reimagining how you shop in-store and online for the most intimate of apparel. Fit, function, and finding the right product for you are prioritized for the in-person experience with drawers and tables designed to welcome and inspire. Online guests can use a “Find Your Fit” tool to help narrow down a personalized bra selection.
And, as always, you will spot brand messaging (from ads to mannequins) that reflects the brand’s commitment to body diversity and representation. “From new brands and experiences, to a campaign that celebrates that women come in all different shapes and sizes, we want to create the ultimate destination for our guests — one that’s inviting and inspiring and allows all women to feel comfortable and confident,” explains Jill Sando, Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for Target. You can shop all of these thoughtful buys starting March 3 on Target.com and at your nearby store.
