Taylor Swift Just Knocked Her Own Song Out of the Top Spot on iTunes

It was just this morning that Taylor Swift unleashed the second single from her upcoming album, Reputation, onto the world, but already, it’s breaking records: namely, her own. A quick scroll through the “Top Songs” section of the iTunes store reveals that “…Ready for It?” has officially bumped the track she released just last week, “Look What You Made Me Do,” to the number two spot. Yep, the 27-year-old just dethroned herself!

It’s an impressive feat, to be sure, considering all the records “Look What You Made Me Do” has broken thus far, including the record for most views of a YouTube video in a 24-hour time period (39 million, thank you very much), most opening day streams ever on Spotify, and most VEVO’s views of all time.

While we’ll have to wait to see how the video for her second release, which is widely thought to be about her current beau, Joe Alwyn, stacks up to “LWYMMD,” fans are clearly impressed.

Love her or hate it, it looks like the Queen is here to stay, ladies and gents!

Congratulations, Taylor!

Are you here for Taylor’s new single or nah? Tell us over @BritandCo.
