Taylor Swift’s Met Gala Date Is NOT Who You Think It Is
The Met Gala is tomorrow night, and as an official co-chair for the event, it’s sure to be a HUGE night for Taylor Swift. So of course it’s only natural that Tay-Tay would want one of her biggest supporters by her side on her big night — and for once, we’re not talking about beau Calvin Harris.
Selena Gomez has officially let the cat out of the bag to Access Hollywood that she and BFF Taylor will be strutting their stuff side by side for tomorrow night’s big to-do, and that they’ll also be getting ready together (we can’t wait for those Instas!).
Though it won’t be the first time Taylor and Selena have walked the red carpet as a duo — the besties were also each other’s plus ones for this year’s Grammys — it is a nod to the staying power of their friendship and of their commitment to their girl squad.
And besides: It kinda’ sounds like its more of a bestie bag, anyway. “It’s like kind of prom for fashion,” Selena told Access Hollywood.
