The Brit + Co. Guide to the Summer Olympics, Vol. 1
We’ve got Olympics fever! While we patiently wait for Olympic organizers to announce whether or not all five Spice Girls will be performing at the Closing Ceremony, we’re amped on checking out this season’s boldest athletes from all over the world. And no, not everything we’re watching starts with “g” and ends with “ymnastics” – we promise. ;)
Here’s a day-by-day rundown of what we’ll be tuning into at Brit HQ this week. Seeing as the times listed below are London time, you can bet we’ll be watching most of these online after they happen. (Image credit: Chron.com)

)2-4pm Women’s Trampoline Qualification and Finals: Didn’t know “trampoline” was an official Olympic sport? Neither did we, but we are pumped about it. All those summer afternoons spent “cracking the egg” have finally paid off.
7pm Men’s Hurdles!: This is one where the slow motion replay really pays off.
7:30pm Women’s Discus Throw: These women can haul a discus! Super strength is super impressive.
8pm Women’s and Men’s 4x100m Medley Relay: Before you head out to the bars, get in an hour or two of Olympic swimming.
And that’s what we’ll be watching this week! What about you? Let us know your favorite sports to watch in the comments below or find us on Twitter.
