Finally, an Affordable Fine Jewelry We Actually Want to Wear
We’re adults now. And nothing says adulting more than swapping out inexpensive, trendy jewelry for investment-worthy quality pieces that are guaranteed to last us a lifetime. The problem? Shopping for fine jewelry can be both costly and overwhelming, not to mention that many don’t appeal to our playful style sensibilities. Now a brand-new, LA-based company, The Last Line, is here to help you make the transition from fast-fashion baubles to grown-up jewelry at a reasonable price.
The Last Line’s philosophy is all in its name — they want to be your last stop for shopping for well-made, high-quality jewelry box staples. The company was created with the mentality of putting the consumer first, which means giving you what you actually want without the crazy retail markups. Founder Shelley Gibbs Sanders is an industry veteran who has been the head designer and creative director for tons of celebrity and high-end jewelry brands, so it’s safe to say she knows what she’s talking about.
The collections are split into two categories — The Heart Collection and The Soul Collection. The former is the core of the brand and includes classics that will always make you look polished and put together, like the Tiny Diamond Huggie Earring ($165) and the Sphere Stud Earring ($84). The Soul Collection is inspired by estate heirlooms (think Elizabeth Taylor-approved styles) and is reserved for true investment pieces, like the stunning Rainbow Flower Drop Earrings ($1,843).
The pieces are only available for limited runs, with new collections “dropping” periodically. Needless to say, we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled and wallets ready at all times.
Which of these pieces would you buy? Let us know @BritandCo.
