These Are the Next Three TV Reboots That Should Be on Your Radar

So many reboots, so little time! Following Netflix’s Gilmore Girls and Fuller House returns, we quickly began daydreaming about all the amazing show reboots we need in our lives. It seems like the gods of TV might actually be listening to us, because in addition to Charmed, we’ve learned of THREE cult classics that could soon be hitting the small screen! Check out what you may soon expect to see below.

1. Living Single:During her appearance on this week’s Watch What Happens Live, Queen Latifah revealed that she’s doing her best to bring back ’90s hit comedy Living Single, which originally aired from 1993 to 1998 and saw “six black 20-somethings — four women and two men — share their lives and loves in a Brooklyn brownstone.”

Speaking to a fan who called into the show, she revealed that the reboot is “not there yet, but hopefully we can get it going.” The last time the cast was together (minus Queen) was for 2008’s hour-long Living Single: The Reunion Special. Although the actress didn’t spill any more details, original cast member John Henton gave us an added glimmer of hope when he told ET he’s “hopeful this will happen. I would love to get the band back together.” (So would we!) (Photo via Frazer Harrison/Getty)

2. Heathers:The 1988 (super) dark high school cult classic starring Winona Ryder, Christian Slater and Shannen Doherty is coming to the small screen! EW has confirmed that the film will be turned into a series on TV Land and will see 21-year-old Under the Dome actress Grace Victoria Cox taking over Winona’s role as Veronica Sawyer.

The network has ordered 10 hour-long episodes and — wait for it — confirmed that Shannen will have a regular role. (YASSSS!!) You’ll have to wait until the fall to get your first Heathers fix, but from what Keith Cox, president of development and production for TV Land, told EW, it will definitely be worth it: “Our take on Heathers is a cinematic, surprising, and twisted comedy that gives a wonderful nod to the film while also creating something entirely its own.” Sign. us. up! 3. Dinosaurs: Remember ABC’s ’90s classic Dinosaurs? Jim Henson’s greatest masterpiece (other than, you know, The Muppets)? Wouldn’t it be amazing if the show was brought back to life? 16,653 people and counting sure think so, which is why they’ve all signed a petition “to convince the Disney Company and ABC to reboot 90’s live action classic ‘Dinosaurs.'” Although the petition is super close to reaching its goal of raising 25,000 signatures, there’s sadly no confirmation that this reboot will in fact happen, buuuut a girl can dream. (Please, please, please, ABC!)
