This Crazy Shiny Leg Optical Illusion Is This Year’s #TheDress
Every once in a while, an image will circulate around the internet that makes you furrow your brow and ask, “WTF is going on here?!” First it was the #TheDress (ya know, that black & blue or white & gold one that threw us all for a loop), then it was the viral panda picture (never have we searched so hard for a tiny creature) and now it’s the shiny legs. Seriously, this will mess with your mind!
Posted by Twitter user @msbreeezyyy, the pic simply shows a pair of legs. Appearing to be lady’s stems, they at first glance look to be really wet or covered in oil or wrapped in plastic. Something of the sort.

But when you look again and peer closer, you’ll see that her legs are actually bare. The white spots are paint.
It’s all an illusion.
And as Bree says, “Once you see it you can’t unsee it.” It’s true and it’s warping our sense of reality!
