This Is How Nicki Minaj’s Rapunzel-Length Weave Did Paris Fashion Week

Looks like Nicki Minaj isn’t letting her rap feud with Remy Ma slow her down. This week in Paris, rapper Nicki Minaj is long hair, don’t care. And when we say “long hair,” we mean a-certain-fairytale-princess-who-lived-in-a-tower-length hair.
On Tuesday, Minaj stepped out with an ankle-length weave to the V magazine Paris Fashion Week party. The ever-stylish emcee paired a black bralette and black skirt with a vintage Yves Saint Laurent fur coat, but it was her flowing strands that caught everyone’s attention.
Minaj posted a slow motion video of the wavy hair, captioning it, “Inches bih.” Inches indeed, Nicki. If it weren’t for her towering stilettos, her ends might *actually* graze the floor.
The Grammy winner posed with Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld (or as Minaj cheekily captioned the pic: “Karl Minaj”).
Aside from the Kaiser, Minaj, and her illustrious weave, photographer Mario Testino, and V editor-in-chief Stephen Gan were also at the dinner.
Last week, the “Anaconda” rapper also made waves after she attended the Haider Ackermann Womenswear Fall/Winter 2017/2018 show in a black Mugler one-sleeve blazer and a diamond-shaped pasty over her left nipple. It appears that staying above the music drama may be the way to go after all, because Minaj looks like she’s having a fabulous time in Paris.
And nothing says, “I ain’t worried about you,” to your enemies like a charmed life and gorgeous locks.
