This Pizza Highlighter Will Be Your New Makeup Must-Have
When rainbow highlighter hit the scene, make-up loving folks everywhere freaked out. So much so that the product sold out almost immediately and soon popped up on eBay selling for a whopping $1,200 (although rainbow highlighter originator, Bitter Lace, dealt with that issue). But now we’ve discovered a new highlighter that is just as cool and might be even yummier-lookin’. That’s right: Pizza highlighter.
Makeup magician Gina posted a pic to her Instagram account showing off her version of turning lemons into lemonade. “My pressed highlighter broke today so I decided to mix it with loose shimmer eyeshadows and rubbing alcohol to create a pepperoni pizza highlighter!” Brilliant!

A mini-vid posted shows the color-mix, a lovely rose-gold shine, which is perfect for the summer months. The fact that you’re listening to “I Fell in Love With the Pizza Girl” from the Jonas Brothers is almost too perfect to handle.
Unfortunately, the fact that it came about via a “necessity is the mother of invention” kinda situation means that this pizza highlighter is currently one-of-a-kind. But that might not be for very long, as peeps in the comments were quick to plead for the opportunity to buy their own. “Omg please start making these !! I wana [sic] buy some” and “I need dis in my life” might be the sort of motivation for Gina to start offering this yummy option for all to pick up. Otherwise, gather up your highlighter and eyeshadow pigments, some alcohol, and start DIY-ing!
