This Tiny Loft Is the Smartest Small Space You’ve Ever Seen
With Airstreams, adorable studios and ridiculously practical furniture on the market, we’re really feeling the small-space vibes. While a sprawling house certainly has its perks, there’s something to be said for maximizing space and minimizing your possessions. That’s why we are totally obsessed with Zoku, a rentable miniature loft in Amsterdam. The space is just 258 square feet, but it packs A LOT in the tiny square footage.
Featuring sleeping spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, desk, bathroom and even gymnast rings to get your exercise on, this tiny loft has everything you’d need to go about your day. Our favorite feature has got to be the retractable stairs.
The nifty, space-spaving loft was created by design firm Concrete and is part of a series of apartments that can be rented out for a few weeks or booked for one night. Each loft is fully furnished with items from Scandinavian furniture brand Muuto, though you’re encouraged to add your own touches as well. Add-on amenities like laundry service, projectors and electric bikes can be thrown in for an extra fee.
Zoku hasn’t opened to the public yet, but they’re currently taking reservations on their website. We’ll be first in line when they hit the States!
