This Wedding Dress Has Been Pinned More Than 2.5 Million Times
While wedding dresses come in all shapes, sizes and styles, some tend to have a bit more of a “wow” factor than others — take ModCloth’s most popular retro style, for example: Priced at less than $200, the vintage-inspired stunner is flying off the shelves: It has close to 1,000 glowing reviews! There’s one dress in particular that’s even more beloved, at least when it comes to social media, and shockingly, it’s not from Vera Wang, Monique Lhuillier or any of the other fashion big wigs you might expect, but Australian brand Grace Love Lace.
Dubbed the Hollie 2.0 ($1,870) this Bohemian breathtaker has been pinned over on wedding hub central — AKA Pinterest — more than 2.5 million times. 2.5 million! That’s more than any other wedding dress on the whole entire site.
Forgive us for stating the obvious, but, uh, that’s a LOT of likes.
Maybe it’s the flowing Italian silk chiffon sheaths that attach at the shoulders to billow behind the bride as she walks, or maybe it’s the French lace bodice with hand-cut lace motifs, but whatever it is, women the world over are proclaiming this “The One.”
If you like what you see, we strongly recommend acting fast, however: The dress’s predecessor, the Hollie, sold out worldwide, and this one is currently marked as “extremely limited” due to its “exclusive luxury lace fabric.”
