Lately I haven’t put much thought into my skincare routine, but luckily I can rely on my saving grace — Tower 28 Beauty’s SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray. I started using it at the beginning of the year, and it’s currently going viral on TikTok.
Even though I love it and think it’s great, you may be wondering why it’s being hailed as an awesome product for those with sensitive or acne-prone skin. I absolutely get it and I’m more than happy to share all of the juicy details about why Tower 28 Beauty’s SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray is the next product you should add to your skincare routine. Why I Chose To Buy Tower 28 Beauty’s SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray
Having combination and acne-prone skin means I’m either going to have breakout-free days or moments where my pimples go haywire. I’ve been fortunate enough to have a few months where my skin was calm, but this month stress caused a ton of whiteheads, dehydrated skin, and inflammation. *Eeeek!*
When I experienced a similar outbreak in March, I put on my investigative hat so I could search for a new product that's soothing, but still gets the job done. To me, there’s a very thin line between the two, so I was adamant about finding something perfect. I came across the SOS Daily Rescue Spray on Instagram and read a ton of comments before heading to my local Sephora to make a more informed decision.
I spent an obscene amount of time talking with a beauty advisor about my interest in the product — and Tower 28 Beauty's skincare overall — and she happily walked me through why the facial spray was an excellent option for my current concerns. To be safe, I bought the mini version of the spray and used it for a couple of weeks...and let's just say I went back and bought the bigger sized bottle after my trial period ended.
Is Tower 28 SOS Spray a toner?

The short answer is yes. Some people only use the SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray when their skin feels inflamed, while others — including me — found it to be the perfect toner. I still reach for my Farmacy Beauty Deep Sweep Toner every now and then, but Tower 28 Beauty’s SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray feels more lightweight on my skin on a day-to-day basis.
How is Tower 28 SOS Spray meant to be used?
Knowing that it’s a toner, the SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray is meant to be used in the morning and at night as a preventative measure. After using your cleanser, mist your face with with the spray, and then lock it in with a moisturizer. If you use serums, be sure to also use them before you apply your moisturizer. Your morning skincare routine may differ from what you do at night, but using this toner twice a day is definitely recommended.
And if you're feeling fancy, sometimes I like to mist my face with it around midday as a skin refresher!
What is the purpose of Tower 28 SOS Spray?

Per Tower 28 Beauty’s site, the SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray is “A soothing, purifying, and renewing toner treatment for fast angry skin relief.” In other words, it’s formulated to tackle any problem areas on your skin over time. That being said, it's not going to miraculously rid your face of issues overnight but it does help reduce their severity by getting to the root of them. In other words, it works from the inside out so you have less occurrences of any skin problems.
What ingredients are in Tower 28 SOS Spray?
This is my favorite question because I love talking about skincare ingredients. In addition to having water and sodium chloride in it, the SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray includes Hypochlorous Acid, which is geared towards reducing inflammation and bacteria buildup. Honestly, it’s like your skin’s external defense against harmful properties.

Whats my final verdict on the Tower 28 SOS Spray?
Aside from having acne-prone skin, I also deal with eczema flare-ups from time to time. While I was never properly diagnosed until I got older, it’s helpful to know there are products that my skin can welcome with open arms. The SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray not only works to soothe irritated skin, but is also accepted by the National Eczema Association.
In short, I can’t recommend this product enough. It’s not that I want anyone to unnecessarily spend their money on another beauty product, but I do feel if my stubborn skin likes it, the SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray is worth sharing with others.
