Yes! This New Trader Joe’s Soda Is Probably Inspired by the Royal Wedding Cake
Hot on the heels of the announcement the royal wedding’s cake would be made up of lemon and elderflower, Trader Joe’s has launched two new sodas: A rhubarb and strawberry and a lemon elderflower soda ($4 for four cans), which is said to be a “softly sweet, sparkling beverage that is light, bright, and refreshing.”
If you, like Meghan Markle, are a fan of citrus, the soda is comprised of cold-pressed lemon juice (not from concentrate) and the essence of elderflower, coming in at 70 calories per can. Find it at Trader Joe’s right now, and since you know how crazed shoppers can be, stock up for that royal wedding viewing party you’ve been planning before the flavor sells out.
