This Luxe Tribeca Apartment Just Became Our New Dream Home
What’s your dream apartment in New York? A tasteful one-bedroom with a picturesque fire escape? A hip Brooklyn loft space near that coffee shop you love? Well, toss out all those potentially-attainable goals — we’ve seen true luxury, and it’s this Tribeca apartment in a historic Art Deco skyscraper. And if you have $4.5 million to spare, it too could be yours.
Let’s start with the palatial kitchen, shall we? White marble countertops complement Italian cabinetry, and the chef’s oven is actually three distinct cooking chambers in one. (You could basically make all of Thanksgiving dinner at once in this thing.) Naturally, there is a wine fridge, which comes in handy when hosting amateur tastings at the island, which seats five.
Things take a turn for the groovy in the living room, where windows look out onto the Hudson River and NYC skyline. Translation: Your Instagram sunset pics would be unbelievable.
The master bath is a love letter to white marble in all its forms, with herringbone floors and both a shower and soaking tub. The floors are heated, natch.
More incredible views abound in the master suite (and we’re not just talking about how great your clothes will look in the two walk-in closets).
The current arrangement has two bedrooms, but the listing assures us there’s potential to convert an office into a third.
Just in case you didn’t believe us about that breathtaking view.
