Alexandra Villarreal

Alexandra Villarreal is a Hispanic studies major at Columbia University. She’s Texan-born and -raised and still displays her cowboy boots in her 108 square-foot, New York City dorm room. An aspiring journalist, she is a current intern at NBC. Her work has published in the New York Times, New York Daily News, New York Post, Philadelphia Inquirer, USA Today College, New York Observer, Bustle, Huffington Post, Mic, HelloGiggles, Dance Magazine, Columbia Daily Spectator and Houston Chronicle, among others.
