This Uniqlo + Lemaire Collaboration Will Make Your Spring Wardrobe Look Super French
When Uniqlo teamed up with Lemaire last fall, it quickly became the most popular collaboration for the Japanese retailer to date. While Lemaire isn’t exactly a household name, the French brand’s minimal and super chic designs seemed to strike a chord with customers. So, contrary to how most of those fast fashion collabs enter our lives and then vanish faster than we can whip out our credit card (ahem, Target + Lily Pulitzer, we’re looking at you), Uniqlo and Lemaire have joined forces once again to release an entirely new spring collection.
Much like the initial line, the new 33-piece collection gathers inspiration from the glamorous French holidays of the ’60s. Think: Jane Birkin goes to the beach. Uniqlo describes the line as “summer attire that you forget about once slipped on.” You’ll find pieces like versatile ribbed tanks, perfect pullover sweaters, a chic white wrap dress and vintage inspired pullovers. Each piece can be dressed up and worn to the office or styled with some Birkenstocks and worn on a lazy beach vacay.

Heavily influenced by sportswear, the garments combine relaxed lines with super functional details. Clean silhouettes offer up a nice amount of volume while a copious amount of pockets make it that much easier to leave your purse at home.
If you’re already prepared to add like 10 of these pieces to next season’s capsule wardrobe, mark your calendar. The spring collection will arrive in Uniqlo stores and online March 4.
