By responding to our premissions request with the hashtag #YesBritCo, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions and grant Brit Media, Inc. (“B+C”) the following permissions with regard to your photos, videos, comments and submissions (referred to as "User Content"):
As between you and B+C, you retain ownership of any User Content that you post or share. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You give B+C and its affiliates your express permission and consent to use your User Content on our websites, social media platforms, in email newsletters, on syndicated channels, and for any other marketing purposes in any and all markets and media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional notification, permission, approval, or compensation. We may display advertisements in connection with your User Content or on pages where your User Content may be viewed by you or others, and we may use your User Content to advertise and promote B+C.
You promise that:
- --you own all rights to your User Content or, alternatively, that you have the right to give B+C the rights described above;
- --You have paid and will pay in full any fees or other payments that may be related to the use of your User Content;
- --Your User Content does not contain any material that is illegal, pornographic, or otherwise offensive;
- --your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
