Make This Valentine’s Day Fruit Salad for Your Boo
It’s that time of year again… love is all around! Ready to kick your Valentine’s Day up a notch? We’re showing you how to make the loveliest fruit salad for your boo. It’s the perfect (healthy!) way to sweeten up breakfast or dessert. Oh, and did we mention there’s booze in here? :) Read on for the recipe!
Ingredients:
- cherries
- pomegranate seeds
- raspberries
- strawberries
- 1 mini watermelon
- mint
- 1/3 cup limoncello
Instructions:
1. Chop a few sprigs of mint and set aside. Slice watermelon into rounds. Use cookie cutters to cut heart and arrow shapes out of each slice.
2. In a large bowl, combine cherries, pomegranate seeds, raspberries, sliced strawberries and the watermelon hearts and arrows. Top with chopped mint and limoncello. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
