For the cocktail:
- 1/4 cup plum simple syrup
- 2 ounces brandy
- Sparkling water or ginger-ale, to top

- Red sprinkles
For the plum simple syrup:
- Plum simple syrup
- 6-8 red plums, cored and sliced into wedges
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
How to Make a Brandy Vampire's Kiss Cocktail
1. First, prepare the plum simple syrup. Take a sauce pan or pot and add in the sugar and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, dissolving the sugar. Stir in the sliced plums and remove from heat. Cool the mixture completely and refrigerate the syrup.
2. Now you're ready to make the cocktail! Pour some red sprinkles onto a plate and flatten them out so that the rim of the cocktail glass will fit over the top. Use a lime wedge to moisten the rim of the glass, then dip the glass into the red sprinkles.
3. Add in the plum simple syrup, brandy, and top the cocktail with sparkling water or ginger-ale. Garnish with lime wedges and Halloween vampire teeth for an extra spooky cocktail!
