Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2017 Reveals Its Location, Model Lineup
Sorry, NYFW, but the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is arguably one of the biggest honors for a model to be invited to walk in. After filming in Paris for the 2016 show, the event will not head back to NYC (so, sorry, the Empire State Building won’t get its pink makeover). Instead it will take place for the first time ever in Shanghai, China — and will feature a lot of fresh faces.
The show will air on Tuesday, November 28, at 10/9 central on CBS. Last year’s show drew in 1.4 billion views. With some of fashion’s favorite faces — like Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Behati Prinsloo, Lily Aldridge, Candice Swanepoel, Elsa Hosk, Taylor Hill, and Bella Hadid — participating, it wouldn’t be surprising to see those numbers again, or even higher ones.
According to the press release, the lingerie runway show will include “pink carpet interviews, model profiles, a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the show and musical performances that will be announced at a later date.”
Plus, the music is always killer at the event. Last year’s performers included The Weeknd, Lady Gaga, and Bruno Mars, so this year’s roster is sure to be equally A-list.
