Victoria’s Secret’s Summer Catalog Change Will Break Your Heart
If there’s been one constant in your summer swim shopping, it’s been Victoria’s Secret. Their affordable, sexy suits are a hit, especially for larger-chested ladies who need to order sizes separately (and need them to go all the way up to a size DDD!).
According to People.com, the fashion apocalypse is here: Victoria’s Secret is going through some major growing pains and eliminating their swimwear category altogether. (Collective groan!) They’re also getting rid of the print catalog and reducing the amount of promotions they do in an effort to ramp up their sales elsewhere within the business.

Don’t freak out totally yet: The super-successful brand will live on in their lingerie — just online — as they move toward doing business in a way that makes sense to millennials; they already eliminated their clothing line several years ago for the same reason.

And if you are still looking for some VS-angel-approved swimwear, their secondary line, PINK, will still carry bikinis and svelte one-pieces, along with their flirty and feminine sleepwear and loungewear — just without the snazzy exotic island photo shoots and heavy-hitter Angel promotion. As one financial analyst who works with the brand put it, “This is every guy’s worst nightmare.” Ours too, dude. So if you’re looking for swimsuits for the summer months, fill your cart now at victoriassecret.com — there’s been no official word on when the pieces will disappear from the site.
