Walmart’s Home Section Just Got a *Seriously* Chic Makeover

Move over, Target — Walmart is about to up the home good competition! The retail giant announced today with both a press release and video that over the coming weeks, it would be reintroducing its customers to its home décor section with a sleeker, easier-to-navigate online shopping experience thanks to several key new features. First up? A home page of curated collections that will show you just how chic the store can be on the cheap (and if the following stylized home shots are any indicator, consider us seriously impressed!). They’ll also be allowing customers to choose between nine different decorating styles (Mid-Century, Modern, Traditional, Glam, Bohemian, Scandinavian, Farmhouse, Transitional, and Industrial) when shopping for their perfect space, as well as decorating tips on how to get there. Scroll through to check out what you can hope to expect: We think you’ll be surprised!
Bohemian Bedroom: A little Boho flair is easy to add on a budget with these Costway modern round coffee tables, just $28.
Traditional Living Room: Though we couldn’t find the exact chair featured in this traditional space, this Christopher Knight Brice Vintage scroll arm studded chair ($185) is a close second.
Mid-Century Bedroom: Baston Studio’s Leyton Platform Bed ($215), looks an awful lot like this exemplary Mid-Century style, no?
Scandinavian Dining Room: Get a Scandinavian-looking dining space with the aid of these Best Choice Products Eames dining chairs ($75 for two) and a matching dining table.
Mid-Century Living Room: A coffee table with funky legs or a uniquely shaped Euro-style collection Lisboa lamp ($71) give guests’ eyes an instant point of focus.
Modern Dining Room: Snag a set of these Modern Contemporary Dining chairs with faux leather and wood ($163 each) to emulate the sleek modern feel of this kitchen.
Colorful Kitchen: Brighten up your abode courtesy of Homegear’s stackable metal kitchen stools ($120 for a set of four).
Glam Living Room: A luxurious looking velvet coach and some furry Better Homes and Gardens decorative toss pillows ($12) will go far in making your central living space feel uber-glam.

Industrial Bedroom: Using stark clean lines and muted gray hues, you can easily snag the look of this industrial room: This Trademark Art NYC canvas art ($42 to $79) is similar to the one shown on the wall, and a Mainstays metal and wood nightstand ($69) stands in for the one that's here.

Bohemian Living Room: To get a boho feel in your living room, center pieces around a lived-in looking couch: We like this leather Moe’s Bolton Sofa ($2,878).
