Here’s how it works. You place your order via the app by selecting your pickup and drop off times and location. A “ninja” (the term Washio uses to refer to its team members) will pick up your dirty clothes and deliver them the next day, totally clean. Your account is charged automatically—so seamless.

You can also live monitor the progress of your order on your phone. Plus, if your laundry needs a cold wash or a special detergent, you can add those details to the special care notes when you place your order. Did we mention Washio is eco-friendly and doesn’t use harsh chemicals or plastic bags?
