Whitney Port Will Make You Want to Try This Ultra Luxe Wedding Ring Trend

From her waterfall silhouetted wedding gown to her cool girl bun to her lack of bridesmaids, it’s become pretty obvious that Whitney Port isn’t one for marital traditions. We just found out her wedding ring situation is equally as unique — and we need to talk about it. The fashion and beauty entrepreneur who recently returned from an envy-inducing honeymoon in Fiji recently chatted with People about her three (that’s right THREE) pieces of new bling.

She tells People, “I was lucky enough that I was able to design three of them [wedding rings] — one that was bigger that I could wear on its own, and the other two that I could wear on either side of the engagement ring.”

All of the rings in Whitney’s wedding band set were designed by Tacori and feature pavé stones set along the band and from a top view. She says, “The big one was a ring that I had been dreaming of for a really long time; I love emerald cuts and when they’re all situated together like that, they look so cool and modern. The other two rings are really curvy and simple, kind of to frame the oval stone.” All in all the three rings come in at about 6.5 carats. Is this versatile trend something we’re into? Totally. Our tight budget, however, is not quite as convinced.
