Who What Wear’s See Now, Buy Now Show at NYFW Had So Many Goodies
Who What Wear just won’t quit. The digital fashion destination has a clothing collaboration with Target, and yesterday, the website staged its first IRL runway show during New York Fashion Week. In a partnership with Secret Deodorant, the show was streamed live on YouTube and featured Who What Wear’s favorite trends and brands for Spring 2017 modeled by popular bloggers and influencers.
Fashion blogger Chriselle Lim of The Chriselle Factor graced the runway in a Caroline Constas button-down with puffed sleeves, a Rubin Singer bra top and a pair of white, wide-legged pants by Monse.
Other tastemakers to walk in the show included 16-year-old model Larsen Thompson, beauty guru Teni Panosian, plus-size blogger Tanisha Awasthi of Girl With Curves and YouTuber Missy Lynn.
The website’s editor-in-chief Kat Collings and editorial director Bobby Schuessler styled all of the looks. And the best part is you don’t have to wait to purchase anything — all the outfits and accessories are directly shoppable from a custom digital e-commerce platform on the Who What Wear Site.
“We’re beyond thrilled to bring our digital brand to life during NYFW,” Katherine Power, co-founder of Who What Wear, wrote in a press release. “My co-founder, Hillary Kerr, and I started Who What Wear with the thesis of making fashion trends accessible for all and immediately shoppable. With this fashion show, we’ve been able to bring our brand sensibilities to life in an impactful way with our partner, Secret, a brand that also feels passionate about helping women feel confident and free to wear the looks they love.”
BRB, buying all the things!
