You Can Stream All Eight Seasons of “Will & Grace” Starting Tomorrow!
We thought we couldn’t possibly be any more excited about the return of Will & Grace. But today NBC announced that every single episode of seasons one through eight will soon be available to stream, just in time for next week’s premiere of the revival.
Starting Thursday, September 21, you’ll be able to binge-watch all eight existing seasons of the NBC hit online. That’s 194 episodes of our favorite foursome — not to mention the many, many celebrity guest stars. And with the premiere on Thursday, September 28, you have just one week to rewatch the series all over again.
Episodes will be available via the NBC app, Hulu, and on demand through satellite, cable, and telco pay TV providers. We can’t wait to jump back into the lives of Will (Eric McCormack), Grace (Debra Messing), Karen (Megan Mullally), and, of course, the ever-fabulous Jack (Sean Hayes).
“As we gear up for the launch of the upcoming season premiere, I can’t think of a better way to reintroduce Will & Grace to the cultural zeitgeist than by giving audiences the opportunity to watch this historic and hilarious series wherever and whenever they want,” NBC Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt said in a statement, according to E! News.
He continued, “With its witty comebacks, pop-culture references, and social commentary, Will & Grace is one of the most binge-able comedies in television history, and I am certain fans both old and new will jump on this opportunity to devour it.”
Hulu’s Joel Stillerman is just as excited about the news. “There’s no question that Will & Grace has resonated with audiences since the series made its broadcast premiere,” he added. “To be able to bring such an iconic show into the streaming universe for the first time ever is an opportunity we couldn’t pass up. This landmark deal will allow fans to rewatch their favorite moments ahead of the series premiere, as well as bring Will & Grace and its cast of characters to a whole new audience.”
Another FYI if this news has you giddier than a “Just Jack” performance: The Will & Grace revival has already been renewed for a second season, so you have plenty to look forward to.
