Wrangler Jeans Just Released the Ultimate Retro Collab
Wrangler is considered an OG of the denim industry, and this month, in honor of its 70th (!) anniversary, the famed jeans brand is releasing a collaboration with psychedelic artist Peter Max. The collection is bright, colorful, and well, totally far out.
This is actually Wrangler’s second collaboration with Max, the first of which debuted in the 1970s. The Peter Max X Wrangler range is still very much retro inspired but reworked with modern fits, featuring pieces like two-tone jeans, cords, trucker jackets, and graphic tees. Just have a look at this Peter Max X Wrangler Women’s Pieced Denim Retro Straight Fit Jean ($180) that feels like a blast straight from the past.
And since we’ve vowed to break the no white after labor day rule, it seems fitting to start off the season with a pair of ultracool pants. Exhibit A? Peter Max X Wrangler Women’s Pieced Corduroy Retro Straight Fit Pant ($200) that’s pretty much the epitome of cool.
We’ve never been one to turn down a graphic tee, and the options in this collab are ultra groovy. The Peter Max X Wrangler Women’s Short Sleeve Graphic T-Shirt ($60) works just as well with the collection’s iconic denim as it does with any leather skirt or moto jacket in your closet.
If we’ve whet your appetite for all things old-school, feast your eyes on the Peter Max x Wrangler Women’s Long Sleeve Button Down Spread Collar Denim Shirt ($180) and check out the rest of the collection at Wrangler.com. Can you dig it? We knew that you could.
