Forget Kylie Jenner’s (potentially overpriced) lip kits or even that notorious rainbow highlighter — brow gel is the next big beauty craze. And not just any brow gel: Glossier’s Boy Brow Gel ($16).
Part of the Phase 2 collection we reported on back in March, the beeswax and carnauba wax-based product, which claims to thicken, fill and groom your brows all in one, caused a complete and utter frenzy when it launched in October — in fact, Refinery29 has confirmed with the company itself that in the five months that followed, it amassed a — get this — 10,000 person waiting list.
Holy. Crap! Just what the heck is in this stuff that makes it so covet-worthy, anyway? Well, for starters, it’s inspired by the flexible hold of a hair pomade, meaning it gives you some stick without being… sticky. It comes in three colors, so you can match it to your natural brows (a very Lucy Hale-approved move), and the tapered brush is meant to give you full control.
