The Kardashian fam is definitely known for being a bit… extravagant at times: You might recall the $52,000 couch Kendall Jenner shelled out for, or the insanely massive $4 million ring Kanye West bought for his wife shortly before she was robbed in Paris.
While the 36-year-old has pledged to be less extravagant following her life-threatening experience, telling Ellen, “I was definitely materialistic before…[but] I just don’t care about that stuff anymore, I really don’t”), when it comes to her man, she’s sparing no expenses.
Not only did the reality star post some super sweet messages to her social media accounts to honor West’s big 4-0 on Thursday, but reports have begun to surface about how the two spent their day (and weekend!), and let’s just say, it wasn’t exactly cheap.
In celebration of his big day, the entrepreneur reportedly flew their entire crew of friends and family to the members or resident-only Baker’s Bay Gold and Ocean Club in the Bahamas near the Great Guana Cay.
E! estimated that at $44,000 per night for a mansion, the group dropped up to a whopping $176,000 on their stay, not including their flights (which, in addition to guests, is said to have included cases of $40+ bottles of Casamigos tequila) or a chartered boat to the Bay ($190 for a group of four).
All in all, E! estimates that the trip cost Kardashian-West about $440,000 of her fortune. Yowza!
