You’ll Be Able to See the Northern Lights from the US Tonight
If you were wowed by this summer’s Perseid Meteor Shower spectacle and were in total awe of the Orionid Meteor Shower magic, then you’re gonna love this next celestial opportunity. You might think you have to travel far north to enjoy the Aurora Borealis, but it turns out that this week you’ll have a rare opportunity to see the Northern Lights in the US.
Though those in the south might miss out on the show (sorry, southern folks!), anyone in the northern states has the perfect opportunity to check out this almost-too-beautiful-to-believe experience.
Those in Ohio, Washington (DC), Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois are all lucky enough to get the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the fun. And they’re not the only ones.

And we’re not the only ones who are getting a magical natural display. Check out this clip from Norway…
If you haven’t seen the marvel yet, don’t worry. Experts say the lights will be visible tonight across the northern United States, Scotland, Scandinavia and Russia. You can check out the Space Weather Prediction Center for updates on where exactly the aurora can see seen.
Enjoy the space-based spectacle, friends!
