If you’re looking for a super sumptuous treat to go with your red wine hot chocolate (yes, that’s something glorious that does in fact exist, AKA a wine dream come true), then you’ll want to try what very well may be the ultimate brownie. While we’re totally here for Guinness brownies, Baileys brownies and pretty much any over-the-top brownie, this time around we’re talkin’ about the red wine brownie. OMG yum!
Coming to us from (the obviously brilliant) blogger Amanda from A Cookie Named Desire, the Red Wine Brownies Recipe With Drunken Cranberries sounds almost too good to believe. Thankfully for us, there’s a recipe, so we can try out this deliciousness for ourselves.
“Not to sound like a raging alcoholic overly excited wine enthusiast, but I love me some wine,” Amanda says. “I mean, I really love wine. I’ve even looked into opening my own winery, but quickly ruled it out when I realized I’d rather just drink it. And cook with it of course, because wine-flavored food is also good. Especially chocolate. Mmmm… wine and chocolate.” We totally agree!
